Tribute

This has been the second school that I have been to and I have lost a fellow classmate to death.

A tribute to a girl that took her own life at the hands of bullies that attended my primary school and high school.
I didn't exactly know you or talked to you. But I did know you.

Did.

Now a personal message to the assailants that urged this poor girl to take her own life.

What goes through the minds of bullies when they find it self-serving to pick on someone who seems weaker than themselves? I shall never know. But what I do know, is that they NEVER THINK OF THE CONSEQUENCES.

People who find it fun to bully a girl who may have been emotionlly unstable is not justice in any way. No matter where your reasons may come from, it is never the way to resolve things.

I know what it is like to be bullied so much to an extent that I wanted to take my own life. I was verbally and physically bullied, but I spoke up. I raised my voice and now I have the confidence to confide in people so that my problems may be resolved.

So to those who are being bullied in such a way, you must tell someone. You must confide within someone so that it can be resolved. There is never anything that cannot be solved.

So rest in peace Sarah, as you will be missed greatly by those who loved you. Including me whom you did not directly know.
